GRAFTON RECRUITMENT CELEBRATE ‘AGENCY OF THE YEAR’ FOR 2ND SUCCESSIVE YEAR
Grafton Recruitment , Northern Ireland’s leading independent recruitment specialist, is celebrating after being officially named as the ‘Agency of the year’ at the Workplace Employment Awards for Northern Ireland for the second year running.
The award confirms Grafton’s position at the pinnacle of the recruitment industry, whilst being further recognised for their quality of service and professionalism by the
official recruitment industry body for Northern Ireland.
Speaking following award success a delighted Ken Belshaw, Managing Director of Grafton Recruitment stated:
“Being named the first ever ‘Agency of the Year’ at last year’s inaugural awards ceremony was very special, but to win for the second year in a row, truly confirms our leading position. Repeating that success is even sweeter this year as it’s true what they say, retaining a title is even harder than winning it for the first time.

After collecting the award, Ken paid special tribute to the efforts of the local branches,

Our ability to adapt to the changing needs of our clients and candidates was key in ensuring that we won this award. We have designed new, more flexible services for clients to help them better manage their staffing requirements in uncertain times and we have increased our sector coverage so as to offer more opportunities to more candidates. Our achievements in Northern Ireland simply reflect the desire of our local branches to constantly adapt to the market conditions.”
