Grafton Recruitment has been a Quality driven organisation since it was founded in 1983, but in 1998 we took that Quality expectation a step further and became Certified as an ISO 9001 organisation, providing us with the basis to put best practice and legislatively compliant procedures in place.
At Grafton Recruitment we have a dedicated Quality Manager, who is responsible for monitoring, maintaining and implementing improvements to the processes our business works to. These processes have been designed and developed through years of experience in the Recruitment industry across the island of Ireland and either meet Grafton’s best practice expectations or meet legal requirements in the retrospective areas we operate.
Ongoing Compliance and Feedback
To ensure ongoing compliance with these processes the Quality Manager carries out regular internal audits on various departments throughout the business to identify any areas of potential improvements and efficiencies and we receive regular independent external audits on our processes in line with the ISO Certification.
We value our Clients and Candidates and we deliver a fast and professional manner in all of our interactions and with an understanding superior to our competitors.
