I am urgently looking for a strong accounting professional with excellent all-around accounting skills for our client based in Lisburn. The successful candidate will have good accounts preparation experience along with, general ledger, journals, balance sheet, and budgeting expertise. Exposure to fast-paced, busy environments is ideal.
* Responsible for the provision of timely and insightful financial information
* Preparing month end and year end accounts
* Maintain general ledger and journal postings
* Reconciliation of Intercompany accounts
* Responsible for Balance Sheet Reconciliations
* Participate in Budgeting processes
* Invoice recording and entry to the accounting system
* Processing of staff Expense claims
* Weekly payment runs
* Other ad-hoc duties
* Setting up new employees on Sage Payroll Line 50.
* Processing monthly and weekly payroll.
* Qualified Accounting Technician
* 5 years' work experience, gained during the last 8 years working in an accounts department.
* 1 years' experience of direct customer service, either face to face or by telephone.
* 3 years' work experience, gained during the last 5 years of processing payroll including Sage Payroll Line 50
* Experience of using Sage Accounts package line 50
