Job Description

Our client a leading and well established company in the equestrian field based in the Caledon area requires a part time Accounts Administrator (4/5 mornings per week).

Main Duties:

  • Day to day running of office
  • Matching delivery dockets with invoices
  • Purchase/Sales ledger
  • Payroll
  • VAT
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Dealing with queries
  • General office duties

Criteria Required:

  • Minimum of one year recent experience in a similar accounts position to include payroll
  • Educated to GCSE level to include English and Maths
  • Must be IT literate
  • Competent to work on own initiative
  • Excellent communication skills - face to face/telephone
  • Own transport
