Job description

Our client in the Ballymena area are looking to recruit an Accounts Administrator to join their team on a full time basis

As an Accounts Administrator you would be in charge of :

  • Answering telephone/ email enquiries from staff customers and suppliers
  • Daily bank lodgements
  • Process supplier invoices
  • Ensure all invoices are correctly approved and processed on time
  • Allocate daily direct debit payments and cheque payments
  • Maintain receipt journal
  • Processing payments
  • Allocating Money received

Essential Criteria:

  • 5 GCSE's Grade C+ including Maths and English
  • Excellent IT skills
  • At least 1 years recent accounts admin experience

Desirable Criteria:

  • Accounts package experience (Sage, XERO, quickbooks etc)

Hours: Mon-Friday 9am-5.30pm
