Job description

Our client in the Ballyclare area are looking to recruit an Accounts Assistant to join their small busy team on a full time temporary basis with a view to permanent.

The Accounts Administrator will assist the Office Manager in the day to day running of the accounts functions.

Duties will include:

  • Answering calls and dealing with enquiries
  • Credit Control Duties
  • Processing invoices on Sage
  • Updating price lists
  • Liaising with estate agents, solicitors and other suppliers on a daily basis
  • Purchase Ledger and Sales Ledger
  • Bank Reconciliation
  • All general accounts admin duties as required

Essential Criteria:

  • At least 2 years experience in a busy accounts office
  • Sage Experience
  • Ability to work to strict deadlines and manage priorities whilst working on own initiative
  • Strong communicator
  • Someone who displays a positive attitude

Hours: Mon-Fri 9am-5pm (The company may be flexible for a 4 day week depending on experience)
