Job Description

Our client on the outskirts of Ballymena are looking to recruit a Permanent full time Accounts Assistant to join their team.

The role:

The purpose of the role is to maintain the efficient t running of the workplace and the completion of all tasks on a timely basis.

Duties will include aspects of:

  • Sales Ledger
  • Customer orders
  • Purchase Ledger
  • Payroll using Sage
  • Management Accounts
  • Stock Control
  • VAT
  • Quality Control records
  • Product Labelling
  • General Office Duties

The ideal candidate must have:

  • Minimum 2 years experience in a similar environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent IT skills
  • An ability to learn quickly and adapt to different situations
  • The ability to work in a team and on their own when required
  • An eye for detail
