Job Description

Our client in the Randalstown area are looking to recruit a full time Accounts Assistant to join their team on a full time basis for up to 1 year at least

Hours are: Mon-Fri 9am-5pm with 1 hour for lunch (35 hour week)


  • Sage 50 accounts data entry and processing
  • Invoices/payments
  • Statements and remittances.
  • Credit control and organising debtors for review.
  • Reconcile transactions.
  • Petty cash/lodgements.
  • Handling of private and confidential information.
  • Deal with any account queries/discrepancies.
  • General administration. Confident telephone manner.
  • Supporting and helping colleagues with their work.
  • Communicate with management on a daily basis, adhere to company policies and procedures.


  • At least 2 years experience recently working in an accounts environment

Desirable Criteria:

  • Experience of working with Sage Line 50
