Job Description

Our client in the outskirts of Ballymena are looking to recruit a full time permanent Accounts Assistant to join their team.

As an Accounts Assistant, you will have the following duties:

  • Customer Orders
  • Sales Ledger
  • Purchase Ledger
  • Payroll using Sage
  • Management Accounts
  • Stock Control
  • VAT
  • Quality control records
  • Product labelling
  • General Office duties

The ideal candidate must have:

  • Minimum 5 years experience in a similar environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent IT skills
  • An ability to learn quickly and adapt to different situations
  • The ability to work in a team and on their own when required
  • An eye for detail
