Job Description

Essential Criteria

  • Proficient in Microsoft packages
  • Previous administration experience
  • Excellent communication and team working skills
  • Ability to work on own initiative or as part of a team
  • Ability to work to deadlines
  • Clear thinker adaptable to changing business needsPromotions
  • Completion of customers' promotional and new line forms (Excel).
  • Maintaining promotion spreadsheets, and emailing them to relevant people within the company (Excel).
  • Complete spreadsheet to facilitate authorization of promotions by online manager (Excel).Other duties
  • Maintain price lists (Excel)
  • Powerpoint - Good level of knowledge helping out Sales Dep create presentations.
  • Any other administration as required by Sales Department

Approximately 20hrs per week. There will be flexibility with work hrs and can be discussed at interview.
