- Processing supplier invoices and payments
- Bank postings and bank reconciliations
- Updating of Daily, W eekly and Monthly Excel reports
- Assisting Company PA with general admin duties
- Booking travel arrangements
- Arranging refreshments
- Reception duties
- Office admin
- Ad hoc requests as required
- Strong Sage skills essential
- Excellent organizational skills, and ability to multi-task
- Attention to detail
- Experience of using Sage or Navision software would be beneficial
Hours: Mon - Thursday 8am - 5pm OR 8.30am - 5.30pm. 4pm finish on Fridays. Employees can choose which suits better.
