The Temporary Administration Assistant will assist the Human Resources team in the Derry office and be part of the wider HR team based in Belfast. The role offers very important support to the HR team covering the on-boarding and off-boarding process & administration for staff. The role requires management of employee filing to the highest standards and providing support with company led CSR initiatives.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record as an effective administrator and team player with a good understanding of GDPR principles and UK data protection responsibilities as files will be audited regularly. You should be flexible, with excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and able to work on your own initiative at all times.
This is a temporary position working as part of a dynamic team based across 2 sites, Derry & Belfast, in a constantly challenging environment. Good MS office skills and previous experience of maintaining records on HR IT systems would be advantageous.
2 A levels at C or higher.
3 years working as an administrator within a professional services environment or similar
Proven MS office skills, particularly in Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
Experience maintaining physical and digital records to a professional standard
Familiar with administration audits
Previous experience working in a HR department.
