Job Description

Our Client, a large distribution company based in Larne are looking to recruit an Administration Clerk to work in their Goods In office on a full time basis.

Role: Administration Clerk

Location: Larne

Hours: 40 hours per week

Shifts: Rotating shifts 6am-2pm, 12noon-8pm + 2pm - 10pm (to cover 5 shifts out of 7 days)

Temp contract

Duties:

  • Responsible for Freight Billing Orders and data entry
  • Liaising with suppliers at point of goods in and despatch
  • Issuing kits in and out ie. headsets
  • Reporting of figures for daily and weekly reports
  • Matching and returning all suppliers Proof Of Delivery's back to multiple destinations
  • Updating spreadsheets, tracking consolidations
  • Communicating with other team members ie. drivers, warehouse

The Person:

  • Must be flexible to work all rotating shift times, any day of the week
  • IT literate, especially in Excel and Word
  • Experience working in an administration role
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Ability to work on own initiative
