Grafton Recruitment is working in partnership with a large public sector organisation to recruit a temporary Administrative Officer to start ASAP until 31st March 2019.
Pay rate: 0-12 week's £7.83
13+ week's £10.90
Hours: 37 per week
5 passes grade C or above at GCSE or equivalent, which must include English Language and mathematics.
An Administrative Officer will be expected to use a wide range of modern office technology to get the job done - PCs, e-mail, scanning and modern phone systems.
Work as part of a team, and duties may involve dealing with queries from the public, receiving and making phone calls, filing, photocopying, processing claims, reception duties and many other kinds of office administration.
Successful applicants will be required to undertake an Access NI Disclosure check at a cost of £26/£33. A person's criminal record will not, in itself, debar that person from being appointed to this post. Any information given will be treated in the strictest confidence.
