Grafton Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced Service Desk Administrator for our client based in Dublin 12.
- Dealing with Customer Queries
- Liaising with Engineers and the sales team
- Producing reports
- Scheduling maintenance and engineer visits
- Raising and managing PO's
- General administration
- 2 years + experience in a similar role
- Excellent IT skills including Microsoft Office suite
- Strong communication skills written and oral
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to organise work and prioritise as needed
- Excellent salary on offer 24-28k depending on experience
- Located in Dublin 12
