Job Description

Our client in the Antrim area are looking to recruit a full time Administrator to join their team on a temporary basis with a view to permanent.

As an administrator , the successful candidates duties will include:

  • Answering calls and taking messages
  • Arranging meetings
  • Producing letters from HR Templates
  • Updating various HR + H+S training spreadsheets
  • Producing training packages and induction packs
  • Helping out within the payroll function when required
  • Managing personal files and system data for staff
  • Recruitment both internal and external
  • Communication regarding recruitment needs with agencies
  • All other administration associated

Essential Criteria:

  • At least 6 months experience of working within an office environment
  • 5 GCSE'S Grade C+ including Maths and English
  • Experience of using Microsoft Office Packages to include Word and Excel
  • Excellent Communication skills
