Job description

  1. Deal with incoming/outgoing calls and cover switchboard.
  2. Process orders from customers.
  3. Deal with incoming/outgoing faxes and emails.
  4. Liaise with carriers regarding transport/deliveries.
  5. Establish and maintain a good point of contact on behalf of the company with existing and potential customers/suppliers.
  6. Maintain an up to date filing system.
  7. Become familiar with the general running of the business and assist other member of the administrative team as and when required.
  8. General office duties may be delegated and assisting other team members as and when required.
