- Deal with incoming/outgoing calls and cover switchboard.
- Process orders from customers.
- Deal with incoming/outgoing faxes and emails.
- Liaise with carriers regarding transport/deliveries.
- Establish and maintain a good point of contact on behalf of the company with existing and potential customers/suppliers.
- Maintain an up to date filing system.
- Become familiar with the general running of the business and assist other member of the administrative team as and when required.
- General office duties may be delegated and assisting other team members as and when required.
