Job Description

KEY DUTIES:

  • Being first point of contact for office
  • Answering calls and dealing with enquiries
  • Raising Sales and Purchase invoices in Sage Accounting software
  • Filing, opening post and photocopying
  • Ordering stationery supplies and office consumables
  • Other Administration duties

KEY SKILLS:

Computer (Microsoft Office), communication and organisation skills are essential. An understanding of accounts would be preferable and knowledge of Sage would be advantageous.
