Administrators and Administrative Assistants | Temporary Ongoing | Belfast
Grafton Recruitment is currently seeking experienced Administrators to join our client in Belfast for temporary ongoing role.
Administrative experience essential as outlined below.
- Preparation and processing of documents
- Assisting in collecting and filling data/information
- Dealing with correspondence
- Typing duties
- Receiving and placing telephone calls
- Photocopying of correspondence, documents, and other printed matter
- Data entry
- Emails management
- Effectively managing time to comply with duties and responsibilities.
- Any other general duties as and when required
- To assist all staff with administrative tasks
- At least 1-2 year experience in a similar role
- Ability to deal with customer queries
- Competent with Microsoft Office package
- Strong admin, clerical and typing skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks.
- Excellent communications skills, being polite, friendly & helpful in all interactions.
