Job Title - Administrator
Grafton Recruitment have a number of excellent opportunities for Temporary Administrators with our client based in Dun Laoghaire. The assignments will be for a minimum of 3 months
Pay Rate: €11.90 per hour
- Reception duties
- Deal appropriately and efficiently with communications, queries, callers or visitors to the office
- Arrange meetings and teleconferences when required.
- Day to day office duties e.g. Correspondence, Post, Typing, Dictaphone Typing, Faxing, Photocopying, filing etc.
- Logging all enquiries/telephone calls, complaints etc. prioritising same.
- Other adhoc administration tasks
Hours of work: Monday to Friday 9am-5pm Max
- At least 1-2 years relevant experience in a reception and administration role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in the use of MS Word and Excel
- Strong data entry and typing skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong organisational skills and multi-tasking abilities
- County Dublin location
- Excellent rate of pay €11.90 per hour
