Administrator/Customer Service Rep
Our client a leading removals company based in Dublin 24 is looking to recruit an experienced Administrator/Customer Service Rep to join their busy team.
This role would be working on a busy team that are responsible for dealing with all customer queries and administration for the company. Our client is looking for someone that thrives in a busy office environment has excellent attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
Responsibilities will include:
- Dealing with customer queries
- Booking jobs
- Booking appointments for sales rep's
- Creating and sending quotations
- Data Entry
- Taking payments
- Assisting with tenders
- 3+ years experience in a similar role both administration and customer service
- Ability to multi-task in a very busy environment
- Excellent attention to detail
- Adobe Acrobat experience
- Excellent Microsoft Office and data entry skills
- Team Player
- Excellent salary on offer €27,300
- Dublin 24 location
