Job Description

  • Training AdministrationCo-ordinating all training needs with the Group Training Dept Distribute cards/certificates to relevant individuals, etc.
  • Copy, scan and save training cards/certs and licenses into KN & Client data bases
  • Liaising with the HSEQT Manager & HSEQT Advisor on training requirements
  • HSEQT Inductions Create ID badges & issue out for all sub-contracted operatives Apply for unique identification numbers from our Client
  • Ensure security checks have been requested & completed
  • Request ID badges for direct employees from Group HR Dept
  • Sub-contractor Approvals Submit to HSEQT Manager for final sign off before contractor being placed on the company data base
  • Review sub-contractor's paperwork to ensure all required information has been provided
  • HSEQT Meetings / Admin Prepare documents for HSQET meetings as/when required Update Toolbox Talk register to ensure all operatives receive the necessary information
  • Prepare client & company reports
  • Distribute Tool box talks, Safety Alerts and notifications
  • Minute all HSEQT Meetings and distribute in a timely manner
  • Assist HSEQT Manager & HSEQT Advisor and other staff members as directed by the HSEQT Manager.
  • General Administration duties:-
  • CORE SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE:
  • This list is not inclusive or exhaustive and other duties may be required that fall within the capabilities of the role.
  • Data input into both Company and Client system, printing, binding, scanning, filing etc.
  • Experienced administrator
  • Ability to operate in a high paced environment
  • Computer literate (word, excel, power point, etc)
  • Self-motivated and pro-activeQUALIFICATIONS / ACCREDITIONS:
  • Full clean driving licence (preferable but not essential)
  • Min 5 GCSE's inc. Maths and English SKILLS:
  • Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Excellent time management ability
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Highly organised and self-motivated
