Administrator | Drogheda | Part-time | Temporary

We are currently recruiting a part-time Administrator on behalf of our client based in Drogheda, to join their team on a temporary basis. This is a temporary role initially but there is a possibility that this role could develop into a longer term position depending on business requirements. The successful candidate will support the office with various administrative and customer service duties.

The role:

  • Assist the office with daily administrative duties
  • Offer support with matching invoices, PO's and various documents
  • Point of contact for client queries via telephone and email
  • Data entry - using in house CRM system

Key Skills/Experience required:

  • At least 1-2 years experience in a similar role
  • Good proficient of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Strong administration skills
  • Strong customer focus with exceptional customer service skills
  • A self-starter with a can-do attitude and willingness to take on multiple tasks and projects
  • Excellent organisational skills and a fine eye for detail is essential

In return:

  • Office hours between 8am-6pm, midweek no weekend or late evenings required (24 hour working week spread over 3 days - days/times to be confirmed)
  • €12-13 per hour DOE
  • Weekly payroll
  • On-site parking
