Located in Lisburn , our Client is seeking to add to their existing team by employing an Administrator/Receptionist to help support the ongoing business functions on a permanent basis.
Your new Job is varied and will involve assisting with the following:
- Front of house reception duties
- General Administration of the office
- Assisting in the setting up of meetings and coordination of Diaries.
- Carrying out compliance checks
- Dealing with telephone queries
- Candidates should have experience working in a similar position.
- Have the ability to work on their own initiative.
