Job Description

Role: Band 3 Administrator

Rate of Pay: £8.90

Location: Mount Oriel Day Centre, Belfast

Hours: 37.5

Duration: At least 3 months

Main duties/Responsibilities:

  • Data input
  • Update systems
  • Collect dinner monies and bank dinner monies weekly
  • Photocopying
  • Typing
  • Minute taking
  • General admin tasks.

Essential Criteria:

  • 4 GCSE's including English (Grades A-C) or equivalent, including maths and English
  • 1 year's administrative experience

  • Experience with minute taking would be desirable
