Job Description

Grafton Recruitment has been appointed as HSCNI's number 1 recruitment provider for Admin, Clerical and Support Services.

Role: Band 3 Administrator required for RVH

Rate of Pay: £8.49 per hour: 37.5 hrs per week

Location: Royal Victoria Hospital

Duration: 3 mths approx

Main duties/Responsibilities

  1. Arrange, all meetings, workshops etc. as and when required. 2. Produce minutes and / or action lists as requested by the respective project
  2. managers.
  3. Responsible for all filing on the Central Filing System Inc. both electronic and hard copies associated with the project (s)

  1. Responsible for the archiving of all project documentation.

  1. Ensure that all signed contracts are recorded on the Contracts Database and

filed appropriately.

  1. Provide any other support that is required for projects as directed by the

respective project managers.

  1. Provide administrative support to the CPD staff

  1. Provide cover, as and when required, for other project support staff in the Capital

Planning and Redevelopment offices

  1. Undertake the role of Deputy Fire Warden for the building.

  1. Ensure that there are effective postal arrangements for the Capital Planning

and Redevelopment offices.

  1. Maintain and management of the meeting rooms, including the booking

system for same.

  1. Ordering of catering provisions for the building and making arrangements for

catering for meetings / events etc. as required.
