Grafton Recruitment are working in partnership with a large public sector organisation to recruit a temporary Building Supervisor to start ASAP for a duration of 1 Month - could be extended.
Pay rate: 10.01pr hr
To provide cleaning and non-cleaning services under the direction of the designated Line Manger or other Authorised person and in accordance with the practices and procedure of Libraries NI.
A minimum of 1 years' experience working as assistant building supervisor, caretaker or similar role in a medium/large building.
Previous responsibility for security of building, opening/closing and keyholder duties.
Knowledge of building cleaning methods and the use of electrical cleaning machinery e.g. floor polishing equipment.
Awareness of Health and Safety legislation and practices e.g. COSHH and/or CHIP regulations.
Hours of work are as follows:
Mon 8.30am - 1.30pm
Tue - Fri 8.30am - 5.00pm
Mon and Tues 8.30am - 5.00pm
Thur: 8.30am - 2.30pm
Fri: 8.30am - 4.00pm
Sat: 9.30am - 5.00pm
