This is a permanent job and unique opportunity to carve a career in an innovative business who offer flexibility, training and development.
As Buyer Planner, you will report to Operations and it will be your job to purchase, plan and schedule orders to meet customer demand. You will work cross functionally with sales, engineering and operations team to determine requirements and source parts as per project specifications. As Buyer Planner you will determine capacity, schedule and expidite orders to ensure on time delivery. This is a fast paced, demanding environment and the nature of the work requires a meticulous, detail orientated individual who can think on their feet.
The successful Buyer Planner will be joining a successful business with a global reach. There is a flexi-time scheme in place. Remuneration of up to £25000 is available, dependant on experience. Pension and free parking is also available along with private health and dental care.
In order to be successful, you should have previous buying, planning or scheduling experience in a similar role. If you have a third level degree this would be advantageous and for short listing purposes, preference will be given to candidates who hold experience as well as a third level degree.
