Cashier / Teller
Grafton are currently recruiting for several roles within a Belfast City Centre Bank. As you will be working with the public, communication is vital. You must be able to demonstrate working on your own initiative, take personal responsibility and contribute to team work. Working as an ambassador you will be responsible for that customer experience and professionalism delivered with every customer.
- Customer Service Bank Officials / Cashiers
- Data processors
- Mortgage advisors
Customer service management - customer focus, build relationships, process transactions, adhere to all banking policies
Problem solving - ensure all problems are identified, addressed and rectified in a timely manner
Decision making - take personal responsibility, promote high standards in behaviours
7 GCSE's Grade A-C (proof required) or Degree (BA Honors minimum 2:2)
A proven track record of providing excellent customer service and building relationships
Excellent interpersonal / communication skills
Experience in data input / strong administration skills
Monday to Friday (37 hours per week)
