Clerical Officer required for full time administrative role based in Omagh starting asap
This temporary role is based within Public Sector for 1 month initially
Candidates must have :
5GCSE (grade A-C) including English Language or equivalent AND 1 year administrative experience
NVQ Level 2 Business & Administration or equivalent AND 1 year administrative experience
- Providing administrative support to a team of staff
- Filing, photocopying and binding
- Arranging diary dates, booking meeting rooms, making travel arrangements and arranging hospitality
- Minute taking may be required
- Dealing with incoming and outgoing mail, distribution of same.
- Taking calls, messages and transfer of same
- Liaising with both staff and external agencies
- Typing of letters ands minutes
- Management of stationary stock levels
- Updating information on internal systems
