Location: Coleraine

Salary: £21,000 plus benefits

Grafton Recruitment are currently recruiting a Community Manager for our client, an innovative and multi-award winning organisation to be based in Coleraine

This is a permanent full time post

With an exceptional 23 years' experience and 1200 staff across 9 regional office locations, our client is an innovative, multi-award winning provider for the provision of health & social care, housing, support and professional training across Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland.

The role

To plan, implement and deliver a quality service to our clients in the community and to ensure the performance of care staff is monitored and maintained in accordance with standards as set out by the appropriate regulatory bodies. To ensure all administration is managed and maintained in accordance with our client's standards and as set out by appropriate regulatory bodies.

Essential Criteria

  • QCF Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent (If your equivalent qualification is academic only, then 2 years' experience in a Health & Social Care setting is required)
  • Flexibility to work 5 out of 7 days including weekends and the core hours of 08:30 - 17:30
  • Current NISCC registration but if not registered, to obtain this ASAP
  • One years' experience in managing a team of staff with proven management capabilities in customer satisfaction, problem solving, motivating and leading people and working to deadlines
  • Flexibility and adaptability to work in any area within the region
  • Full, current driving licence and access to a car
