Job Description

  • Managing a portfolio of accounts
  • Maximise cash-flow & reduction of bad debt
  • Contacting overdue accounts by phone, email & letter
  • Processing payments
  • Account reconciliation & query resolution
  • Liaising with Insolvency Service & 3rd party companies/ solicitors in cases of IVA, CVA, Bankruptcy or Winding Up Orders
  • Preparing files for litigation when required
  • Ad-hoc administration tasks as required

Criteria:

  • Minimum of 1 year's administrative experience within a finance department
  • Experience of account reconciliation
  • Exceptional knowledge of Microsoft word and Excel
  • Ability to manage workloads and prioritise tasks
