Job Description

Customer Service/Operations Administrator | IT Company | Temporary Part Time role (6 months)

The main duties will include:

  • Managing inbound calls in a courteous and professional manner
  • Assisting customers with queries and assist with order processing
  • Analysing customer account information and updating database system
  • Provide administrative support including extensive work on MS Office and Excel.
  • Liaising with other departments daily
  • Work individually and as a team to achieve targets
  • Ad hoc project work as and when required
  • Service contract management
  • Work with manager to ensure KPI's are delivered upon

Skills/Experience required:

  • Leaving Certificate including 5 passes at Ordinary Level including a pass in Maths and English
  • The ideal candidates will have previous experience in an administration role in a customer service environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Skilled in Excel and preferably with enterprise system knowledge (Siebel, SAP)
  • Flexibility in approach to working arrangements

Hours of work:

  • 20 hours per week (4 hours per day with flexible start time)

In return:

  • Hourly pay rate of €12-€13 per hour
  • Weekly payroll

  • Parking on site
