Customer Service Administrator
Grafton Recruitment is currently recruiting for an experienced Customer Service Administrator for our client based in Dublin 12. The role will initially be for a 3 month temporary contract but there will be opportunities for the right candidates to move into permanent roles.
- Dealing with Customer Queries
- Providing admin support to all teams
- Processing and reconciling credit card charges
- Processing returns
- Supporting trade counter
- Other ahdoc duties
Hours of work: 9am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday
- At least 2 years experience in administration.
- Candidates must be available to start immediately.
- Strong customer service & administration skills.
- Team orientated with the ability to work on your own initiative.
- Ability to work to deadlines.

- Excellent pay rates on offer €12.50ph
