Reporting to a Team Manager, as a Customer Adviser in Fraud who supports new and existing customers with their complex fraud enquiries you will provide excellent customer service, ensuring all customers are dealt with quickly and professionally. You will provide fair outcomes and fulfilling customers' needs at first touch in line with the Group Values and Behaviours and Codes of Responsibility Customer. You will take ownership of customer's Fraud enquiries, using appropriate skills, personal judgement and decision making in an efficient and effective manner providing the highest level of customer service, aiming to meet the needs of Fraud customers.
What you will need
To be considered you must demonstrate a passion for customer service, you should be able to provide examples of using initiative. Due to the world class training programme available you will not need previous experience. Please be aware all successful candidates will undergo a detailed background check, this will include; referencing (previous three years) Credit Check, Eligibility to work in the UK and criminality check.
