Data Entry / Administrator
Our client in Dublin 12 have a permanent role available for a candidate to join their busy finance team and assist with the admin duties of their Accounts department.
A well known brand and name that is familiar in every household in Ireland, you will join a friendly, hard working team and on a daily basis you will assist with all of the administrative duties.
This role will encompass a lot of data entry - so attention to detail and accuracy is very important and you will have good I.T skills with proficiency in MS Office Packages.
You will mainly assist with the Accounts Receivable side of the things, mostly working with dockets and invoices and general admin duties.
At times, you will look after the switchboard ( 8 lines ) so you must also have a good telephone manner and a professional work ethic.
Permanent role Monday to Friday 9 to 5, salary €24/25k
