Job Description

Diamond Medical are currently seeking a Deputy Project Manager for our client to work in Belfast, close to the City Centre.

This is a permanent full time job and our client is a leading Mental Health organisation.

Our Client

Has 30 years' experience in providing care and support to 250- 300 people with mental health issues. With 70 staff and a turnover of £2.2 million, our client is professionally recognised, with their work known in the UK and as far reaching as the USA. The Job

In conjunction with the Project Manager, you will be accountable for staff team including full time, part time, resource staff and volunteers. You will also assist in the management of a therapeutic community in accordance with professional and administrative policies of our client and cover in the absence of the Project Manager.

You Must Have:

A Psychiatric Nursing Qualification or
An Occupational Health qualification or
A Social Care /Social Work Qualification/QCF Level 3 in Health & Social Care or
A Psychology Degree
2 years experience working with people with mental illness or working with people with a learning disability
18 months supervisory experience and 12 months residential experience
Current NISCC registration
Appropriate professional registration (HCPC, BPS)
Full flexibility to cover shifts that will include evenings, weekends, and waking nights
