Job Description

Responsibilities:

      • Liaise with Internal Communications Manager to create content plans for Springtown 25 programme,
      • Draft quality digital content for use on a range of digital channels including Springtown 25 intranet pages, site newsletter, digital screens, video, imagery and google+ community,
      • Contribute with creative communication initiatives to support staff engagement with the Springtown 25 programme,
      • Provide a communication support service to a number of Springtown 25 working groups,
      • Undertake a weekly update of the Springtown 25 Communication Plan and associated project plans,
      • Execute and support the delivery of a Seagate Talks series for staff and selected partnership audiences,
      • Implement a measurement and performance framework for the Springtown 25 programme

      • Hours of Work:
      • Monday - Friday - Full time

Essential Criteria

  • Experience of creating content for on-line digital channels including images and video Experience of working in a dynamic communication environment
  • BTEC Higher National Diploma or a Bachelor's degree in Media, Journalism or Communication and 6 months experience working in a fast paced communication environment

Desired Criteria:

  • Knowledge of Content Management Systems
  • Knowledge of Project/Programme Management
  • Awareness of the Data Storage Industry
  • Experience of event management and delivery
