Due to continued investment & growth we are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for the following position;
Estimating/Tender Administrator required for Permanent position on outskirts of Ballymena.
40hpw Mon-Frid 8am-4.30pm
Salary - £17,680-£19,999 (depending on experience)
- Seeking new tender leads & company information
- Registering & recording drawings & bills of quantities received in the department, as per established company procedures.
- Data input of all relevant information received.
- Using our estimating system in preparation of enquire packages for suppliers
- Sending out drawings & other relevant documents to suppliers so as to receive quotations for different work elements.
- Contacting clients & suppliers by telephone or otherwise to follow up on receiving quotations & other necessary information.
Must meet the following criteria;
- Candidates should have previous experience within a busy office environment - ideally in construction or a related sector.
- Must be computer literate, have experience of Outlook, Excel, Word, CIS would be an advantage,
- Must have excellent telephone manner with proven track record.
