Grafton are currently recruiting for a professional and experienced Sous Chef. The successful candidate will employ its culinary and managerial skills in order to play a critical role within the kitchen.
-Experienced hands on chef to be involved in the day-to-day running of the kitchen
-Produce high quality plates both design and taste wise
-Help in the preparation and design of all meals
-Be able to solve any issues that may arise in a timely manner
-Enforce and comply with all food safety standards
-Maintain a positive and professional approach
-At least one years experience
-Knowledge of various cooking methods
-Must be flexible to work weekends
-5 day week
-Work 2 weekends a month
-Working with a family run business
