F/t Customer Services Representative required for Dunmurry.
Duties will include:
- Maintaining and managing established customer base and developing relationships with potential new customers
- Taking customer orders and entering on management system
- Handling external or internal communication and management systems
- Provide administrative support for Operations Team
- Answering telephone calls and responding accordingly
- Liaising both internally and externally to ensure that customer needs are met.
- Any other duties required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office
- Ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a team to include assisting colleagues whenever necessary
- Lean experience and SAGE would be desirable
Hours of work:
Hours - 8.30 am - 4.30 pm Monday - Thursday. 8.30 to 3.00 pm on Friday
Salary: £9.00 per hour
