F/T permanent Operations Administrator required for Lisburn.
Duties will include:
- Daily use of the companies ERP System
- Check transport diary to ensure all projects are delivered/ collected/cancelled
- Liaise with Customers on upcoming projects and organise transport accordingly
- Create purchase orders and process customer quotations in a timely manner
- Managing incoming calls and responding in a professional manner
- Liaise with the accounts department regarding orders, extensions and purchase orders
- Creating, maintaining and updating weekly reports
- All duties required of the role
- Must have at least 2 yrs similar experience
- Occasional travel to UK and Europe
Salary £20,000 per annum
