JOB TITLE : Finance Director

LOCATION : Mallusk

We are seeking to appoint a Finance Director who will have strategic leadership and development of the finance function across the organisation. The new Finance Director will guide the finance team and report to the CEO.

The role:

The Finance Director will provide leadership and strategic direction, ensuring Grafton and People Plus NI is managed in a robust financial and legal manner, with the objective of maximising sustainable profitability.

The Person

Essential Criteria

  • Minimum 3 years experience in an FD role at Board level.
  • Strong technical accounting skills and financial acumen
  • Operational experience
  • Third Level Qualification
  • Professional Qualification
  • Qualified ACA/ ACCA/CIMA
  • Full, clean driving licence
  • Ability to Travel

Desirable Criteria

  • Experience of the Recruitment sector
  • Experience working within a heavily regulated industry
  • Implementation of new financial/ accounting systems

Location

The role will be based in the Financial Shared Services Centre in Mallusk however some travel may be required.
