Job Description

I am urgently looking for a Finance Officer for my client based in Co Antrim for an immediate start. This position is a 12 month contract with strong potential for a permanent placement for the right candidate.

The Role

· Sage 50 accounts data entry and processing

· Invoices/payments, statements and remittances

· Credit control and organising debtors for review

· Reconcile transactions

· Petty cash/lodgements

· Handling of private and confidential information

· Dealing with account queries

· General administration

· Adhere to company policies and procedures

Key Skills

· Minimum 5 GCSEs (or equivalent)

· Sage 50

· Excel

· Attention to detail

· Good organisational skills

· Ability to work on own initiative

· Confident telephone manner

· Own transport is essential due to location
