Input of responses and correlation of service requests to the helpdesk and to provide general office administration and clerical duties. The preparation of reports and issue to clients/ FM Teams. To provide support to the FM Managers and Accounts Director.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES / KEY RESULTS AREAS:
Day to day operation of Helpdesk services and processes.
Management support for Dungannon Facilities Manager in his absence from site.
Day to day raising of Work Orders / Instructions.
Collect and prepare data and issue reports.
Cover other staff members for sickness, lunch absence.
Collating/ inputting and maintaining data including purchase orders.

Must project a professional business image together with a mature, discreet attitude when dealing sensitively by telephone or directly with individuals.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with other members of the contract team and visitors
Day to Day Contact/Support for FMs and Accounts Director.

· Computer literate in MS Word, Excel and Access. Training on Ultrasys Helpdesk system will be provided.
