Your primary role is to assist the HR Senior team in providing a high quality, cost effect HR service that meets the needs of the business.
As a HR Assistant you will be part of the HR team focusing on providing all the necessary support as required to HR management and the group as a whole to the recruitment process. You must work with a professional manner and contribute to the development of the HR resource service.
Hours of Work
Monday to Friday / 37 hour per week
Ability to work as part of a team
Ability to meet deadlines
Ability to use initiative
Good organisational skills
Good communication skills both oral and written
Ability to demonstrate attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to be flexible and adaptable in a busy environment
At least 2-3years proven HR administrative experience
5 GCSE's grade C and above including Maths and English
Effective use of databases (crystal reports)
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Minimum one years experience using PAMS
