HR Administrator required to assist in with the increased work load for Manufacturing Company based in Antrim.
Dealing with all new starts for the Antrim Site with relation to Inductions, ensuring they have the appropriate PPE, clock-in cards provided.
Updating of Personnel files with confidential information
Building relationships with employees/ temp staff
Reporting back to HR Department with updates on current staff / situation
Adhere to compliance, Health & Safety at all times
All administrative duties
5 GCSEs A-C including English & Maths
Previous HR admin experience within a company
Must have strong administration background & be computer literate
Excellent communication skills
Must be able to work on own initiative
