HR Advisor | Permanent Role | North Dublin

My client is a well known and loved Irish company in business for many decades with. Due to continued growth and success they are now seeking to hire a HR Advisor. This new and exciting position will see you manage effectively and professionally all areas of HR in the company.

Main Duties of this Role:

  • Recruitment and selection
  • Interviewing, on boarding and full induction programs
  • Performance Management
  • Assisting in the payroll function
  • Updating contracts of employment, company handbook and other HR processes
  • Ensure all HR policies and procedures are compliant with employment legislation
  • Leading engagement programs for staff
  • Training and Coaching
  • Promote positive relationships across management, supervisors and employees

Experience:

  • CIPD HR Qualification or equivalent
  • At least 5 years experience in a similar role
  • Excellent knowledge of employment legislation
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Confidentiality and professional approach
