Job description

 Management of investigations and disciplinary hearings

 End to end recruitment

Handling full spectrum of HR Generalist & Payroll queries from employees

 Provide HR advice and guidance to managers

 Administer the HR systems

 Management of local inductions for all new starts

 Responsible for new employee administration

 Responsible for leaver administration, including conducting exit interviews

 Assisting managers with absence management and advising HR Manager on those requiring occupational health referrals

 Assist with the review of HR policies and procedures as and when required

 Ensure all appropriate HR matters are communicated to all on site

 Provide cover and back up in regard to payroll administration

 Complete and analyse weekly and monthly HR Reports and KPI's

 Ensure compliance with relevant HR policies, procedures, practices and employment legislation



CIPD qualified

CIPD Associate

Degree in a related business subject

Experience & Knowledge

Minimum of 2 years relevant HR experience

Experience within manufacturing in a stand-alone role

Experience working within a fast moving, highly pressurised environment

Demonstrable knowledge of Employment Law, processes and procedures

Abilities & Skills

Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise own workload

Excellent attention to detail

Capacity to work independently with limited supervision but also good team player

Results and delivery orientated

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal with good presentation and interpersonal skills.

Flexible to meet needs of the business

Process driver and customer focused

Must be very 'hands on'.

Highly proactive and positive with a 'can do' attitude.
