As an HR Assistant you will be part of the HR team focusing on the recruitment process. Leading a panel of interviewers you will be expected to ensure the smooth running of the interview process from start to finish. You must be flexible to travel between sites with Belfast and Newtownabbey and available full time.
Hours of Work
Mon to Thurs 8:15 - 16:45
Fri 8:15 - 13:00pm
Negotiable dependent experience
At least 2-3years previous recruitment experience
Experience in holding interviews
Excellent oral and written skills
Ability to collate data and present
Previous note taking
Experience on panel interviewing
Knowledgeable of the Equal Opportunity policy in NI
